EILEEN ORAVIC, GRI, ABR
I entered the world of Real Estate in 1997 and have made the Million Dollar Club almost every year since. It seemed the perfect fit after 30 years of moving and 15 or so years in marketing and business management.
Already a seasoned home buyer and seller myself, I knew instantly the type of Realtor I wanted to be, and that was the type of Realtor I always wanted! Someone you can trust to put your interest first. Someone you can believe. Someone who will help you achieve your goals. An honest, savvy, knowledgeable Realtor, who exemplifies the true meaning of "The Golden Rule". And that is the Realtor I pride myself in being.
WELCOME TO THE SOUTH!!
Born in Germany to a career Military father, our family moved more times than I can count while I was growing up. I had the opportunity to "see the world" so to speak, and meet people from across the globe. From snow capped mountains to beaches to deserts, we seemed to move every six months. New friends, new schools, new housing.
I continued to move as an adult, though not as often, until my mid 30s when I decided to make Columbus, Georgia my home. It was here I met and married my husband Jeff (a Pennsylvania transplant), and together built a life with our two sons. It was through them, that I discovered how wonderful life in this area really is. From Little League Baseball, hay rides, fishing, go-carts, 4-wheelers, and cook-outs, to hiking through Callaway Gardens and Pine Mountain. This area offers tons of "backyard" fun for growing families of all sizes.
In addition, the whole family can enjoy The Columbus Museum, the Rankin Arts Center, the Springer Opera House and one of the leading Symphonies in the Southeast, the Space Science Center with the Mead Observatory and Challenger Center, a professional Hockey Team and A Civic Center loaded with events ranging from Moto-Cross and Professional Rodeo, to Headline Concerts. Or drive a few hours south to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, or north for snow skiing and white water rafting!
Nowhere else have I found all this in a friendly, unpretentious place where a handshake still means something and a neighbor is a friend. Welcome. |
